Jan asked me to come and check out the website shortly after I had her cater my party. She called and made sure our food was satisfying and OH MY GOSH the pulled pork we had so was amazing. we also had bbq chicken which was heaven in itself. She also made some of her potato salad and seriously it’s the best stuff ever! Definitely recommend.
I was in long beach this weekend at Long beach Motorama What a Car Show this was a lot of Really Really NICE cars but what i returned for on Sunday was the Tri Tip and Ribs at Smokin Als BBQ Jan was so nice walked me around the Smoker showed me some stuff i will never forget she gave me some Spice to try at home I will comment on late But Smokin ALS is The BEST DAVE watch out

OMG i was at a party this weekend were Smokin Alss was the catering co we had the very best tri tip i have ever had it was great. I meet Al and His wife Jan they allowed my husband and i look over his smoker and everything that was their His Brisket was the BOMB i have never tasted anything like that IT WAS GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRReat All His food was very good i have found a new catering Co Thanks AL GREAT STUFF

The best BBQ this side of Texas i kid you not Smokin Als bbq i have had a lot of BBQ thier is a BBQ joint inmy town i thought it was the BEST around i was at Dumont Dunes on Pres DAy in 2010 someone said something about smokin ALs bbq I just had to try The TRI Tip was Great Brian walked me around showed me the smoker allowed me to sample the ribs and the Pulled pork I have since found a new BBQ Smokin Als is the BEST in The WEST Thanks Brian

I love Al. He may chase you around with a BB gun, and he may try really hard to trick you into doing something funny, but when all is said and done Al will always come through with the best damn BBQ possible. Since I started eating Smokin’ Al’s BBQ, BBQ will never be the same.because Smokin Al’s is the Bomb
I WAS ONE OF THE VENDERS AT BANNING STAGECOACH DAYS.AND TRI TIP BOOTH WAS THE BEST.I HAVE TO SAY IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST SANDWICHS IVE HAD AND THE SAME WITH THE RIBS.THE PEOPLE AT THE BOOTH WERE VERY FRIENDLY.NOT TO MENTION VERY CLEAN.I HOPE TO SEE THEM HERE AGAIN NEXT YEAR..THANKS AGAIN CLARE SWARTWOOD
Smokin Als BBQ has THE BEST Tri Tip that I have had in a really long time! I reccomend it to anyone who loves BBQ. Its DELICIOUS!! I had some fresh Squeezed lemonade made right in front of my eyes and It was refreshingly sweet. Just what I needed to quench my thirst on a scorching hot day.
