We were at Dumont Sand Dunes On Pres DAy 2010 Smokin als bbq was their and O MY GOD this tri tip is the best stuff i have ever had Al walk me around and allow my husband and I to see his smoker and to sample some ribs They were SO SO GOOD my the very best i hace ever had Thanks Al

Pulled pork sandwhiches are awesome, love the bbq sauce you make. The french fries were fantastic, I’m trying to figure out what you seasoned them with…addicting

Your smoke rocked at my wedding. The pulled pork, corn cob, and ribs were to the nines. We got so many awsome comments on your’s and Janets cooking. It was a dream wedding and one of the HAPPIEST days of my life thanks to you two.

All I have to say is WOW! Al’s food was A+++! Top quality and the taste was divine! Everything I tried 4 nights in a row I was more impressed! We had a blast, and ate like kings for 4 days! Love you AL!!
We could not ask for better cooks, food, and entertainment. The food was too the 9s. Hubby loved the pulled pork the best. Our goal was fun, we had so much of it. It was absolutly a dream wedding because of Al and Jan, Thanks a million!!!!

This is by far the best bbq we’ve EVER had!!! We can’t decide which is our favorite…the delectable pulled pork sandwich…the scrumptious tri tip sandwich…or our new found love the savory brisket sandwich served with the dry rub right on it. We don’t need to choose…we get them all each Thursday evening.
We love Smokin Al’s SO much that we have asked them to cater our wedding reception next March.
