Smokin Al’s BBQ was absolutly TOP NOTCH, The Tri tip and Chicken were excellent, and Al hooked me up with some Pulled Pork which I highly reccomend. Everyone also raved about the Potato Salad. Al and his crew went above and beyond our expectaions for a private party of over 250 people. I highly recommend Smokin Al’s BBQ for any event. Very professional staff and equipment and the food was the best BBQ we have ever had.

We regret to tell you that we will not be at Hesperia Market night any more due to Als work and Market night not doing well we are sorry but we cant keep on losing money But if you can get a group togeter let us know Thanks Jan , Al

AL You out did youself the PULLED Pork is the very best ever we have try alot of other places but yours is by far
the tri tip melted in my mouth. the sauces were awesome. the meat was fresh. Al was very refreshing. It just made me want more.
