Smokin Als BBQ We are a Local catering Company that servers the Best BBQ Chicken , Pulled Pork ,Ribs , tri tip this side Of Kansas we have Three smokers 1 is a Wood burner 2 Is a Ole Hickory EL-EW that will cook about 650 Lbs off Pork at one time the other is a Commerical Treager that will smoke about 400 lbs at 1 time Smokin Als can cater all your events just about anywhere in Calif Arizona, Nevada, We have cooked at some events with over 500,000 in attendance.
