Smokin’ Al’s BBQ
We are a Local catering Company that servers the Best BBQ Chicken, Pulled Pork, Ribs and tri tip this side of Kansas. We have three smokers. The first is a Wood burner the second is a Ole Hickory EL-EW that will cook about 650 Lbs of Pork at one time. The third smoker is a Commerical Treager that will cook about 400 lbs at one time.
Smokin’ Al’s can cater all your events just about anywhere in California, Arizona and Nevada. We have served 621 people in 21 minutes. We have cooked at some events with over 500,000 in attendance. Yes 500k Huntington beach on the 4 th of JULY what a ZOO.
We have started a New menu with new items Brisket, Prime Rib, Potatos and Corn on the cob.
By The way, Yes we will be at Dumont this year 2010/2011 season.
We will come to your event just provide us a place to park and a time you food will be served. We have a fully enclosed trailer to serve out of our our canopy set up.
